Description
Avène Hydrance Boost Serum is a hydration serum meant to go underneath a moisturiser rather than instead of one. That distinction matters: humectants draw water into the upper layers and then need something over the top to stop it evaporating again, which is why a serum used alone can leave skin feeling drier than before. Apply to slightly damp skin, seal with a moisturiser, and expect the difference within days rather than weeks. Sodium hyaluronate and betaine do the drawing, and niacinamide supports the barrier holding it.
How to Use
Apply 3-4 drops to clean face morning and evening before moisturiser. Pair with daily SPF.
