La Roche-Posay Effaclar Micellar Water removes make-up, dirt and excess oil without rinsing while supporting the skin's barrier with glycerin and zinc PCA. It works as a make-up remover, cleanser or purifying toner for oily skin.

How to Use

Apply to a cotton pad and sweep gently over face, eyes and lips. Repeat until the pad comes away clean. No rinsing needed.
