La Roche-Posay Effaclar Micellar Water removes make-up, grime and excess oil in one no-rinse step, so oily skin is not scrubbed twice a day in the name of getting clean. Poloxamer micelles lift the day away on contact while zinc PCA helps regulate oil production, and sodium lactate keeps the surface from tightening. It works as a make-up remover, a cleanser or a purifying toner depending on where it sits in a routine, which makes it useful for travel.
How to Use
Apply to a cotton pad and sweep gently over face, eyes and lips. Repeat until the pad comes away clean. No rinsing needed.
