Bioderma Sebium Kerato+ clears blemishes, smooths roughness and refines pores in a single step, built around a keratolytic pair that works at two depths. Salicylic acid at 1.8% exfoliates the surface, while a 10% malic acid ester reaches into the pilosebaceous canal where blockages actually form, and does so without the irritation a stronger surface acid would cause. Bioderma reports 19% fewer lesions and 20% fewer marks within two days, with hydration held for eight hours.
