Colorescience Barrier Pro Essential Moisturizer is the richest step in the Barrier Pro range, formulated for skin that has lost the ability to hold its own water. Squalane, cetearyl alcohol and tribehenin rebuild the lipid layer, while tremella mushroom extract and sodium hyaluronate act as humectants that keep hydration in the upper layers rather than letting it evaporate.
Palmitoyl tetrapeptide-10 supports firmness over time, and lactobacillus ferment with prickly pear and goji extracts looks after the microbiome that a damaged barrier tends to lose. It layers cleanly under mineral sunscreen and makeup, which makes it a sensible daily base for skin recovering from retinoids, acids or in-clinic procedures.
How to Use
Apply one to two pumps to the face, neck and décolleté after your treatment serums and before sunscreen, and take a pump over the backs of the hands while you are there. Use it morning and evening.
