Avène Cleanance SPF 50+ is a very high protection sunscreen built around the specific reason oily and blemish-prone skin skips sunscreen: most add shine to a face already fighting it, and some clog what is already congested. The protection matters more than usual here, because the acids and retinoids used on blemish-prone skin all increase sun sensitivity, and because sun exposure darkens post-acne marks rather than fading them. Worn daily, as the last step of a morning routine. Zinc gluconate supports the formula alongside the broad-spectrum filters, in a finish that does not sit greasy.
How to Use
Apply liberally to face 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours, after swimming, sweating or towelling.
