Description
ISDIN Psorisdin Shampoo is for a severely dry, itchy scalp and for the flaking that comes with seborrhoeic dermatitis and scalp psoriasis. It lifts scale rather than just washing over it, and leaves the scalp feeling clean and calm. It can be used on its own or alongside prescribed treatment such as a topical corticosteroid or a vitamin D analogue, which is often how these conditions are actually managed.
Urea at 5% softens and removes dead skin cells. Salicylic acid at 3% provides the anti-scaling and exfoliating action needed to lift adherent plaque. Sodium shale oil sulfonate is antibacterial, controlling bacterial proliferation and helping prevent the itch that follows.
How to Use
Apply to damp hair and massage into a foam. Leave for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use on alternate days.
