Description
Avène Cleanance Comedomed Peeling Cream is the strongest thing in the Cleanance range and not a starting point. It works on texture, comedones and post-acne marks at once, and that combination is genuinely effective and genuinely irritating: expect an adjustment period, start twice a week, and do not layer it with other acids. Evening only, sunscreen daily without exception. For blemish-prone skin that already tolerates actives and has stalled on gentler products. Glycolic acid resurfaces, retinaldehyde speeds cell turnover from below, and stabilised milk thistle extract targets the blockage in the pore.
How to Use
Apply to clean face in the evening, 2-3 nights a week to start, building to nightly as tolerated. Always pair with daily SPF; do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
