Description
ISDIN Isdinceutics Melaclear Advanced is a pigment-correcting gel serum for dark marks and uneven tone. It reduces existing pigmentation and works to prevent its reappearance, which is the harder half of the problem, so it suits melasma, sun-induced spots and post-inflammatory marks that keep returning. Expect to give it three months.
Tranexamic acid at 3% acts as a depigmenting agent, particularly effective on sun-driven marks, and helps prevent new ones forming. 4-n-butylresorcinol decreases melanin production directly. Niacinamide targets unwanted pigmentation while improving hydration and comfort. A hydroxy acid complex of salicylic, mandelic and phytic acids with gluconolactone drives exfoliation and cell renewal to improve tone and texture. Dipotassium glycyrrhizate, from liquorice, soothes and helps preserve hyaluronic acid levels. Saccharide isomerate holds hydration in place. Contains fragrance.
How to Use
Apply twice daily, morning and night, to clean skin on face, neck and décolletage. Two pumps is the right amount. Use for a minimum of three months, and pair with a high-factor sunscreen every day, since pigment correction without sun protection undoes itself.
